Positive: What can I say, everything was excellent! From the booking until check out. From the very beginning, Andrea made herself available to us, on the arrival day, since we arrived late, everything was prepared so that we could enter our rooms. On departure, a very pleasant surprise, we were not charged for the first dinner because we arrived late. What a gesture, what professionalism, congratulations!
Negative: I don't think it can do better than this, a pure 10! We enjoyed every moment, real hospitality as it used to be! We will definitely be back again.
